- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife did not want to leave a review, but I am. This is the umpteenth time one of us has received horrible customer service from the same teller. This is the location closest to us and bad service and bad attitude make it not worth it. We are closing our personal bank accounts with BOA and I am closing my business account. I called the main BOA customer service line to report it. They kept saying we hope you stay or come back, when this person is gone or retrained.... we really don't want to lose you. To me, that sounds like they are aware of a problem.By singe tresivre, November 28, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 23 I am waiting here since 3:18pm and no one waiting ahead of me and yet i am still waiting and now its4:05 and they keep saying someone will be with you shortly. Now after 1 full hour, i discovered that Sara the blonde lady who keep asking to wait, she is covering the branch manager. So i told her that i will not wait one more minute while she is doing nothing and does not want to see what my issue is. The worst manager i ever seen.By Ehab Basiouny, November 22, 2016
